Mica Tozzi · Portfolio Editions

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Last updated: 15 September 2026. These terms apply to digital Canva Website templates sold through templates.micatozzi.com.

1. Seller

The seller is Micaela Sol Tozzi, trading from Madrid, Spain. Full identification and contact information is available in the Legal Notice.

2. Products and compatibility

Each product is a digital, editable Canva Website template supplied with the resources described on its product page. A Canva account is required. Canva subscriptions, domain registration and other third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Price and payment

The price shown immediately before payment is the total payable for the selected edition. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the methods displayed at checkout. Any applicable tax or price adjustment is shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Order and delivery

A purchase becomes binding when Stripe confirms successful payment. Delivery is sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout and includes the private Canva template link and the available guides and licence. Please check spam or promotions folders before contacting support.

5. Licence

Unless the product page states otherwise, one purchase grants one person a Personal / Single-Site Licence for one portfolio website. The template, private access link, editable files and copies may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed or redistributed. Product-specific licence terms supplied before purchase form part of these terms.

6. Digital content and withdrawal

Before proceeding to payment, you may request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins. This does not limit your rights if the content is not supplied, is defective or does not conform to the contract. Full details are set out in the Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.

7. Support and conformity

If delivery fails or the supplied files do not match the purchased edition, contact micatozzi16@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide access, replacement files, correction or another remedy available under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

All rights not expressly granted by the applicable licence remain with the seller or the relevant rights holder. Example photographs, videos, names and brand assets shown in previews are illustrative and are not transferred with the template unless expressly listed.

9. Personal data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before the courts determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.
