2. Data collected
When you purchase, contact us or join the launch list, we may process your name, email address, country, order and product information, payment status, support messages and basic technical information necessary to operate and secure the site. Complete card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to process and deliver purchases, provide support, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud and, only where requested or otherwise lawfully permitted, send product news. The legal bases are performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and support, and consent where required.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by Stripe for payment, Resend for transactional email, the website hosting provider for site delivery and security, and Canva when you choose to open or use the supplied template. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy information and may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
Order and invoicing information is retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and protect legal rights. Mailing-list data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the list is discontinued.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and updates
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal data. This policy may be updated when the services or legal requirements change; the current version and date will remain available on this page.
