REFUNDS & WITHDRAWAL

1. Before delivery begins
Consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw. Because the products are digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins.
2. After immediate delivery
Once you have given that express consent and acknowledgement and delivery of the digital content has begun, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply. Merely changing your mind after accessing or receiving the private template link does not automatically create a right to a refund.
3. Problems with the product
Your legal rights remain intact if the content is not delivered, is inaccessible, is defective or does not conform to what was purchased. Contact us with the checkout email and product name. We will first try to restore access or provide the correct files; where required by law, an appropriate price reduction or refund will be provided.
4. How to contact us
Email micatozzi16@gmail.com and include the purchaser email, edition and date of purchase. Requests are assessed individually under the applicable consumer rules.
5. Payment reversals
If you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact us promptly and also follow the instructions of your payment provider. This policy does not limit mandatory protections applying to payment services or consumers.
